Progress from Level 1 of the LPF hypopressives technique with the static poses to the Dynamic Level 2 sequence to the most advanced Level 3 neurodynamic sequence. Please refer to the book online courses for individual course descriptions and learning objectives. ALL courses will be offered as a HYBRID option (choose either in-person or virtual) offering LIVE immediate feedback for learning. The course is instructed by LPF Certified Coaches Becky Keller, PT, PRPC and Alexa Marine, Pedagogue and fitness specialist.Theory Lectures are pre-recorded (sent prior to course) by Founder Dr. Tamara Rial.

ONLINE FULL CERTIFICATION

Pre-requisite:
This Bundle option gives you everything you need to start with LPF hypopressives and work toward becoming a Certified Low Pressure Fitness Trainer and using this revolutionary technique in your practice and with your clients. Exam fee will be waived if you choose this option to receive the distinguished international certification of LPF-CT.

Course schedule is 9:00 am - 3:30pm (EST) Saturday and Sunday with a lunch break on own. Course certificate will be awarded upon completion of course.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 3 weeks prior to course will receive a refund less $100 administrative fee. Late cancellations will be credited to attend a future course. If course is cancelled, tuition will be refunded in full.

*To receive the bundle package pricing, enrollee must attend the courses on the indicated dates, if student needs to change to a course at a later date, then will be subject to a change fee of $85.
