Learn Low Pressure Fitness Level 2 hypopressives in this 15 hour Live HYBRID course (IN-person option Princeton NJ or VIrtual remote access). The course is instructed by LPF Certified Coaches Becky Keller, PT, PRPC and Alexa Marine, Personal Trainer. This course is focused on both the theoretical and practical application of LPF hypopressives with immediate feedback and correction of the Level 2 technical principles and poses. Theory Lectures are pre-recorded (sent prior to course) by Founder Dr. Tamara Rial and discuss the LPF session planning: Load, structure, and respiratory rate, and the level 2 functional and breathing assessment.

Practical Contents: 

Preparatory breathing exercises

Level 2 dynamic poses and sequence of module 2 LPF exercises

Transitions and progressions of module 2 sequence

Methodological adaptions of module 2 LPF teaching

Methodology and procedures of Level 2 individual and small group sessions

Pre-requisites: Level 1 LPF hypopressives 15 hour course (please reach out for inquiries on previous training)

Course schedule is 9:00 am - 3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday with a lunch break on own. Course certificate will be awarded upon completion of course and participant will have the distinction of being LPF Level 2 trained.

Cancellations 3 weeks prior to course will receive a refund less $100 administrative fee. Late cancellations will be credited to attend a future course. If course is canceled, tuition will be refunded in full.
