The Low Pressure Fitness certification is the way to verify that every student who has completed the LPF basic training has understood and internalized all the knowledge of the Low Pressure Fitness training system. This certification guarantees, among other things, the maintenance of consistent training standards for all professionals.
The significant increase in interest and the number of individuals trained in different parts of the world has made it necessary to create this certification. We must ensure the same level of training and minimum knowledge for all trainers in each country. Therefore, a standardized level test has been chosen that can be taken by all trainers, both nationally and internationally. A trainer in Brazil has the same knowledge as one in Mexico or Canada. If you move to a country where Low Pressure Fitness is present, your certification will be recognized.
Another reason is to provide our students with the best. In order for the LPF certification to have quality seals and endorsements from international quality institutes (meaning international validation of training and certification), certain criteria must be met, such as a certification exam and recertification to endorse and reward continued active status and ongoing training.
Certified students will be designated as Low Pressure Fitness Certified Trainers, abbreviated as LPF-CT.
Once you complete the LPF basic training, which consists of 45 hours divided into three levels, you can purchase the exam.
Exam Details:
- The student will have 30 days from the moment of payment confirmation to complete the test. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the expiration of the purchase validity. The time of purchase will be taken into account for the 30-day period (the 30-day period will be defined by the date and time of the email that the student receives with the information and link to access their exam).
- Once the student accesses the test, they will have 45 minutes to complete it.
- The exam consists of 30 multiple-choice questions, and the student must answer all the questions. To pass, the student must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly.
- The student will have two attempts to take the test. In the event of a failure after the first attempt,
- the student will have a second chance to take the exam after 24 hours, with a new 10-day period to access it from the same link.
- If the student does not take the exam within the stipulated 30-day period, they will need to repurchase it.
